SHLF consists of a managing partner, three partners, three associates, and two paralegals. Apart from that, SHLF has networks and able to collaborate with another professionals if it is needed to produce an effective output of our legal services.

FX. Tri Sumaryanto, S.H., M.M., M.H. graduated from Faculty of Law, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto (1991), get master degree from Institut Manajemen Indonesia (1996) and University of Indonesia (2005). He then worked for CCF, a non-profit international organization under UNICEF. After that, he worked for Bali Bank at Remedial Management Unit at the headquarter office (1994-1997), Bank Mashill (1997-1999) and Bank Dharmala (1999-2000). Before established SHLF, he supported the BPPN, legal aid division dan legal expert for Non Core Asset (2000-2004). He taught lawyers candidates for P3A HAPI and has been invited as speaker and resource person on non-performing loan and land disputes. He is the member of Indonesian Advocate Association (Peradi).

JP. Renanto Hasibuan, S.H. graduated from Faculty of Law, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto (1992). He then joined PT Santosa Asih Jaya (1993) before worked for SGS. Previously, he worked for Philip Jusuf & Rekan (1996-1998), Sumaryanto-Hasibuan & Rekan law office (1998-2001) and SRM & Rekan law office (2001-2004). He is the member of Indonesian Advocate Association (Peradi).
Libertus Sitorus, S.H.
Libertus Sitorus, S.H. graduated from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia and special education in commercial banking (Officer Development Program)- Bali in Bank. He supported Analytical Team for Eco-labelling Commodity Forestry - Ministry of Justice. Afterwards, he joined Bank Bali at Special Asset Management Division, as remedial officer and inhouse-litigation lawyer. He then worked for the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency/Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional (BPPN) as group head of Bank Resolution-The Legal Aid Division. He also as visiting trainer of several training & consulting institutions, especially in legal credit analysis and problem loan settlement (conventional-sharia) in banking, multifinance, and cooperative sector. He is the member of Indonesian Advocate Association (Peradi).

P. Teddy Soedharma, S.H., M.H. graduated from Faculty of Law University of Gajahmada, Yogyakarta (1991) and has a master degree from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta (2003). He worked as legal Staff for Hanwa Co., Ltd, Jakarta (1991-1993). Between 1993-2005 he worked as Corporate Personnel and General Affairs Department Manager for PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk, Jakarta. He is the member of Indonesian Advocate Association (Peradi).
